Il s'agit d'un MJ-5 B1 équipé d'un moteur Continental O-200A de 100 cv (puis Lycoming de 115cv) et d'un train fixe. La dérive est en version "courte", tout comme le fuselage.L'hélice etait nune Ratier réglable au sol. L'avion passe au Centre d'Essais en Vol de Istre entre le 9-10-1967 au 22-12-1967. Il y fut assez secoué, sans toutefois aller jusqu'à la rupture... mais resta endommagé le 13-12-1967. L'avion ferait partie du Musée des Ailes de France (Luneville - Aérodrome de Croismare).
She’s a MJ-5 B1 powered by Continental O-200A 100 hp engine (then by an 115hp Lycoming) and with a fixed landing gear. The tail is in “short” version, just like the fuselage. Propeller was a Ratier, adjustable on the ground. The plane went to the flight test center of Istre between the 9-10-1967 and 22-12-1967. She was there quite shaken, without however going to breaking up… but remained damaged on 13-12-1967. The plane might belong to the “Wings of France” Museum (Luneville – Croismare airfield). |
